Its crazy how I am reminded every day that these little beings that I care for are growing so fast right before my eyes, Even though the mundane chores of the day are tiresome and I am often tried beyond what I think I can bear, It only takes one small moment or a song that brings floods of emotions of them going to be on there own. Now i know they are only 6,5 and 3 but it seems as though every morning they have grown a little slowly changing into the adults they will one day become and i remember that my most important job is them. I hope that even with my many mistakes they will grow into confident and well adjusted people. It amazes me the heart ache I have knowing I will be leaving them in a few short weeks when I go to oklahoma to visit my aunt for a week. I have never left my children for that long ever!! I know I will have fun but some how a mothers worry never leaves! I dont think I will beable to totally relax. I just hope they know how important they are to me and how much I love them, They bring such joy to my life. They are doing so many fun things and I wonder what new changes I will see when i return! I am eternally greatfull.

Dancing Queens!

Today was the girl's first dance lesson. I didn't think that I would be as excited to see them go as I was. It was an all day event! Kristy and I went to register them with our boys (who were not as excited to be there!) and then we were off to shop for the perfect outfits! Kristy has danced her way through life and was determind to get my girls involved! we went to Target where we had nasty lunch and no luck with clothes or shoes! We had to find black all leather Ballet shoes and oh by the way none of the Paylesses in utah county carry them!! so off we were to Jordan Landing we went! where Kristy had found adorable skirts and shirts for the girls at carters~! (and she had a coupon that was burning a hole in her pocket!!LOL! Thankfully there was a Payless nearby with an abundance of black ballet shoes!! We were in bussiness!! (good thing too because we only had 15 min to be home before the girls got off the bus!) we got them dressed and headed out! We were the only mom's poking our heads through the window to catch a glimpse of the girls in action!! Im sure the teacher just loved us! They are taking a combo of jazz, tumbling, and ballet! they will be performing twice this year! so I'm sure there will be many more dance pics!! I decided we needed a little photog shoot when they got home and the girls were a little tired from the day so they were a little hard too work with! Mckaydee was showing her exhaustion by wanting to be asleep in every shot!! haha those girls keep me on my toes!! Thank you Kristy for all your help!! Dance usually brings up bad memories for me. Taking kristy to and from dance always in rush hour traffic 4-5 days a week and her continuosly fliting around the house!! I had a new sense of excitement today seeinf there cute little faces lght up! Taylor was all worried she would be late she didn't want to miss out on anything!! I think this will be a new fun chapter for the girls!! Dance like no one is watching girls!!! Have fun I love you~ mom

camping with vern and patty

We had so much fun going to Vern and Patty's cabin (my best friends dad and girlfriend) . I have known Vern forever and he has kinda adopted me and my family. I think because Steph lives so far away im the closest thing to her and i appreciate that! We got to ride four wheelers and just hang out and relax. It was so beautiful up there. We stayed on the deck most of the day watching the kids play and I got fried!!! my face looked like a lobster. lol. we roasted marshmellows and made smores! mmmm. My kids absolutely love the outdoors and it was fun to just let them relax and enjoy the beauty.Taylor loves their dogs chase and bailey but, they are older and dont enjoy her carting them around as much!! we had to keep reminding her that htey were old!! she is such an animal lover! she keeps trying to convince me of getting her a fish which in most houses would be a reasonable pet! But you may not know Im deathly afraid of them!! My dad got me and my sister crayola fish tanks one year for christmas and we jammed as many little fish in there we could. I think there just wasn't enough room so when I would go to feed them some of them would jump out and I would run to the kitchen grab a spoon scoop them back up into the tank. Needless to say some of them started swimming sideways and that ws the end of my love for fish! one day maybe i will swallow my fear and suprise her with an attiquite tank with the a good lid!! haha thank you so much vern for letting us stay with you hope to see more of the cabin next year!!

My Ella

my lil Ella her story is neat one she is my chug. She is the daughter of my old chiuahua "boss" and Kristy's pug "Bailey" I had been begging Kristy with a chug ever since I can remember but she never relented until she became so tired and pregnant with killian that she said if I took care of Bailey for a few months she would let me have one!! It didn't take long for Bailey and Boss to become "stuck together" as my kids called it and Bailey was pregnant! She bacame really big and uncomfortable so we new it wasn't going to be long for the pups to be here. We had gotten a couple of opinions on how many pups she would have they all said three or four!! We got on u tube and started reading up on the birth because me and Kristy both didn't know much about it. We soon found out just how detailed and how involved we would be!! Kristy said she would volenteer moral support but I would be the one in charge of all the dirty details!! on april 22,08 Bailey went into labor about 4 in the moring. I came in her room and sat with her . She deliverd her first baby about 6:30 am a big boy who paved the way for not 3 or 4 but 8 pups!! I helped her through the whole thing helping break their bags suctioning out their little faces and tying off their cords! Bailey was such a trooper! she is a baby making machine! she had one just about every hour after she started labor sometime two at once! I didnt relize how much of a bond you can make with a dog going through a similar process to bring fourth life! I was so honord to have been there for her and in return I got to keep the runt of the litter a lil girl we named Ella (short for Cinderella) cause i thought she was going to be my little princess! I love her a ton even though at times she tries my patience!! She loves to sleep with Taylor and loves people. She is kinds a attention hog!! I didn't relize that alot of Bailey's personality traits are genetic! she didn't get much of Boss's quiteness. the girls got alot of personality, she just wouldn't fit in our family if she didn't! we love you Ella!

THE CIRCUS

Just wanted to take a few moments to express my love for my kids. I was so excited last night to have a date night while my kiddies were at the Circus.(thanks mom) and me and Tom did have have fun but I noticed myself getting ansy as the time went on watch the clock waiting for my babies to get home and tell me all about the fun time they had. They got home at 10:30 and were tuckerd out I got haidyn out of the car and he said "nigh night mommy" so I new he was a gonner. They told me stories of the elephants and the Lions the looks on their faces where priceless. I loved hearing each ones randitions of what happened. Taylor the big girl she is was matter of fact and so well worded, Mckaydee told me her story in her little voice and her cute little way of saying this like poepoe instead of pillow she still has trouble pronouncing some of her letters like r it was so neat. I love these little guys and being home full time with them has allowed me to appreciate them so much more I didn't realize the little things I was missing before. I love you all my little chitlions!

Fourth of July on of my favortie holidays. Jaisen and Ryan came to visit so we got all the kids together it was so much fun. My girls really miss their cousins because they are so close to the same age. Time flies so fast and love to capture those small fun moments i will cherish. The fireworks were so fun we got to watch them from our front yard! I hope I can instill what the importance of the 4th really means to them its all carnivals and fireworks. God bless the men and women of our country fighting for all!
